A precise, pure dose. Only 30–40% of people produce meaningful Urolithin A from diet alone, and even then at low levels. Mitopure® delivers a calibrated, clinically studied dose at over 98% purity, independent of your gut microbiome and without the sugar of five pomegranate juices.
Validated, not assumed. FDA GRAS status and NSF certification underpin more than a decade of safety and efficacy data, generated across gold-standard randomized human trials.

Where it all started
From Pomegranate to Mitopure®
Our story begins with a fruit and a question we've pursued for 18 years. When you eat pomegranates, walnuts and certain berries, your gut bacteria convert ellagitannins into Urolithin A. We suspected this postbiotic held the key to cellular renewal, but most microbiomes produce too little to matter. So we set out to identify the molecule, prove what it does in rigorous human trials, and deliver it in a pure, clinically validated dose. That molecule became Mitopure®.
